Took my dog for a hike today and seent some things.
A very lovely truck at the trailhead:
A Lancia Delta Integrale (!) on the way home:
My own noble steed:
And some bonus dog #content, featuring my dog being extremely happy about finding a good beach stick and my friend’s dog wishing he was brave enough go in the water with her:
By the time I left there were a lot of people at the park, but they were doing a great job staying far apart from each other and being respectful at narrow points where they had to pass each other . All that practice being emotionally distant Pacific Northwesterners is paying off!

That first Toyota truck is unusual because they didn’t go for the Merty McFly spec. Lovely blue color.
And seeing an Integrale on the road had to be a surprise . Where were you hiking?

A state park south of Seattle, nothing too far out of town—just some nice trails in the woods and a beach.

Any beach is pretty exotic where I live on the outskirts of Atlanta. So exotic that multiple large man made lakes were built to take advantage of the demand. At least I have a national park and a Civil War battleground only a short walk away. Lovely dog by the way.

Thanks! That looks like a pretty nice place for a socially distant day hike as well.

It was, except for the three other quarantined persons who joined me. It was still low risk or else I wouldn’t have ventured out.

I saw a red Delta Integrale about five days ago somewhere around Issaquah. Definite double-take moment.
